Proofs are usually sent to clients no more than 3 business days after information is taken from our salesperson. Proofs are usually sent in PDF format. If the file is too complex to be PDF'd, then the file will be uploaded as a *.gif. We never expect to design "the perfect look" the first time, so feel free to let us know of any changes you have.
